Financial Technology Consultancy Services Ltd was founded in 2020 with a single mission: to enable Financial Institutions to operate more effectively in an over-competitive market place. This initially started by working with innovative FinTech providers in identifiying what technology would a brokerage need in order to operate effectively.  Over time the busines has evolved, responding to the ever changing financial market place, to cover areas such as the increasingly more difficult compliance requirements that companies find themselves to adhering with and also offering both institutions and individuals the ability to buy or sell their businesses.

 

Our core business still remains, working with the best of breed technical vendors.   We offer solutions ranging from trading, to onboarding, to compliance and operate globally with customers, ranging from start up companies to established global players.  Many of the companies that we work with have truly innovative solutions but lack the sales or consulting infrastructure in order to maximise their potential or to get their message out to the marketplace effectively.

 

For the brokers and financial institutions, Financial Technology Conslutancy Services Ltd offer a consultancy service where we help them find the technology and solutions they need in order to help their business grow and succeed.  This now includes a start-up consultancy, where we provide planning services and advice for new brokerages setting up.

New for 2024, we are launching a 'Broker in a Box' solution whereby a start-up broker can purchase everything they need for new brokerage in a single package.  This includes platform, licencing and other background technology so that the broker can set up quickly with minimal cost.  This is a fully managed service, reducing the initial requirement to hire support staff etc.

 

The compliance side of the business goes from strength to strength, allowing us to provide compliance consultancy services for applying for new on-shore and off-shore licences.  We act on behalf of various clients helping them buy and sell their licenced businesses or FinTech companies.  Our services include being able to do Due Diligence and Change in Control (CiC) applications.
