Starting a Brokerage
Planning for your future business
Financial Technology Consultancy Services Ltd Provides a consultancy service helping new brokerage businesses set up. This includes planning what would be required in order to make a new brokerage business work, as well as setting realistic timelines and budgets so that start-ups have a more realistic approach to starting a new business.

Starting your own brokerage business is becoming increasingly more difficult. Not only do you need to have the correct technical solutions to offer out the various asset classes that your clients want to trade, but you also need to consider where you should be regulated and what you will need in place as a minimum in order to be able to function. Multi Asset trading platforms are one aspect of this, but there are also other technologies that you will require if you wish to function effectively. On top of this, you will need various support staff to manage your platforms and all the intgrations required in order to allow all the different technical components to operate together.
The 'Broker in a Box' solution is something that we have been looking to offer for some time. This solution incorporates our Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution which can cover different asset classes (including Options, Futures and Cash Equities). Unlike the default platforms in our industry, this solution will also include the full hosting and support of the platform, meaning that an internal team to support this is no longer required. This is also available with built in bridging / aggregation. MAM functionality can be added if required. An industry specifc CRM will also be included within this package. Options, such as IB management and KYC, can also be specified. If the new brokerage does not yet have the appropriate regulation to trade, then we can also provide this as part of the solution. The monthly pricing will be dependent on what combination of solutions are required, but this will be a flat fee rather than the usual US$ per million.
